Based on our trend following strategy, we continue to almost have all our major indices showing positive signal except for the Micro Caps (IWC). Keep in mind that the markets are still in a fragile state because it just recently broke above the 100 simple moving average and had just tested its first oversold area without breaking down. However it has not make a new highs.
